My Summer Must-Haves

⇢The things I have used to survive Summer 2019⇠

✰Nike Athletic Short

These may be a little pricey, but my Nike athletic shorts are the comfiest shorts I have ever owned! I practically live in them during the summer time.

✰Crocs or Birkenstocks

These are almost the only shoes I wear all summer. They are easy to slip on, they are super cute, and last (but not least) Crocs float in the pool!

✰Sunglasses

I hate having to squint the whole time I am in the car or outside, so naturally I like to have pair of sunglasses handy. I found a pair at TJ Maxx about 2-3 months ago, and they are my absolute favorite! The fact that I haven't lost them yet prove that I really, really like them.

✰An insulated water bottle

Hydration is really important, especially in the Summer. But staying hydrated can be much easier using an insulated water bottle. Now it doesn't have to be a legit Hydro Flask, because I understand the lack of will to drop forty bucks on a water bottle. I purchased a "HydraPeak" from Amazon, and I love it. It was only 16 dollars, and will keep my drink cold for more than 8 hours.

✰Hair protection

Have you ever been to the pool or beach and have odd-textured hair by the end of the day? Because I know I have. Just me? Okay, well whether you have experienced crispy hair or not, it never hurts to have a little extra protection. Recently my mother and I found something to help protect our hair from the ocean, chlorine and sun! You can find a bottle Of "Pre-Swim Protection" at your local Walmart.

✰A go-to summer playlist/podcast

There is nothing like some good tunes & podcasts to tune into during the Summer. Whether you're on the road or just chilling by the pool its always nice to have some go to tunes (or talks).

✰Embroidery floss
I have recently joined in on the bracelet making fad. To thought it does take time and concentration, making bracelets is a fun way to pass the time. But, to do that you need embroidery floss. I suggest investing in a pack with various different colors and shades. ✰ Ben & Jerry's The "Tonight Dough" Ice Cream

Ya'll this ice cream is the REAL DEAL. I'm talking caramel and chocolate ice cream with chunks of brownie and cookie dough. It is so good! I highly suggest purchasing a pint next time you are at the grocery store. You need this in your life!
